Who is Anahiz?
Hi, I’m Anahiz and I’m clearly obsessed with movement.
I started working out when I was 12 back in Ecuador (I know… who even does that?). But I had no idea how much it would shape my life later on. At 16, when I moved to the U.S., movement became my way out of depression and an eating disorder that led me to gain 40 lbs in six months (yes U.S does that to you).
But here’s the thing — it wasn’t just the gym that helped me. It was a holistic approach to health. That’s actually where Holistic Fitness comes from.
Strength training built resilience — in and out of the gym. Yoga helped me find calm when my mind wouldn’t stop running.
Pilates taught me body awareness, precision and control.
And holistic nutrition showed me how real change starts from the inside out (and yes, it’s true… you really are what you eat).
I don’t see fitness or wellness as a transaction — this isn’t about quick fixes or “summer body” goals. It’s about transformation — the kind that changes how you move, eat, think, and feel.
I started this out of my own healing journey and slowly realized how meaningful it is to help others rebuild their lives through this path. I pour my heart and soul into every session, every person, and every conversation.
My mission? That I can inspire you to believe in your own strength — and find balance, even in the hardest chapters of your life.
